1) What does your cleaning cover ?

Cleaning consists of Standard Cleaning Services:

• Sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces

• Cleaning and disposing of trash

Additional Services (upon customer request):

• Ironing clothes

• Washing dishes

• Cleaning the refrigerator

Excluded Services:

• Garden and garage cleaning

• Cleaning areas inaccessible with standard tools (e.g., high places, contaminated areas, or hazardous zones)

• Vehicle washing

• Moving or transporting items

• Washing, drying, or folding laundry

• Removing mold, grime, paint, or moss

• Cleaning exhaust fans

• Cleaning animal or human waste

3) How long shall i book the cleaning for ?

Below is the duration estimate ;

• Bedroom sized : 12-20 Sqm Duration : 30-50 minutes

• Bathroom sized : 4-8 Sqm.

  Duration : 30 min - 1 hour

• Dining Room sized : 15-30 Sqm. Duration : 20-30 Minutes

• Living Room sized : 15-30 Sqm. Duration : 30 min- 1 hour

• Guest Area sized : 10-30 Sqm. Duration : 30 min - 1,5 Hours

• Kitchen sized : 6-9 Sqm.

  Duration: 30-45 Minutes

• Balcony/Terrace : 6-12 Sqm. Duration : 10-30 Minutes

4) Can i choose gender of cleaner ?

Yes, we can find female or male cleaners for you depending on their availability. Please note that is only available upon your request.

5) When is the earliest i can book your service ?

The earliest time to book is 2 hours before scheduled time.

6) Will there be any additional charges upon completion of service ?

Nothing at all. However, if you wish to tip our cleaner for their excellent service, it would be much appreciated.

7) How soon will the cleaner come ?

Once you complete the payment, the available cleaner will be tasked to visit your property at least 10 minutes before schedule.
